Process Analysis & Valve Sizing

Our engineers review your pipeline parameters — pressure, temperature, media composition — to select the correct alloy and trim configuration for zero-leakage performance.

Material & Component Procurement

We source 316L, Duplex 2205, or Inconel 625 from certified mills. Each heat lot is tested for pitting resistance and tensile strength before machining begins.

Precision Machining & Assembly

CNC turning and grinding produce seat surfaces within 0.002 mm tolerance. Cryogenic actuators are assembled in a clean room and torqued to specification.

Hydrostatic & Fugitive Emission Test

Every valve undergoes shell and seat leakage tests per API 598. Helium mass spectrometry verifies bubble-tight shut-off at rated pressure.

Documentation & Dispatch

We provide material certificates, NDE reports, and a traceability dossier. The valve is crated with desiccant and shipped with installation instructions.

Typical lead time: 8–14 weeks depending on alloy availability and actuator configuration.
